Dawn McCurdy

Dawn McCurdy is the Owner, Broker and CEO of McCurdy Real Estate Group, Inc. located at 1004 Route 9 in Latham.

Dawn is a lifelong resident of the Capital Region currently residing in the town of Colonie with her 2 beautiful twin girls, Amber and Taylor, Phil, her loving and supportive husband of 30 years and Rosie, their adorable dog.

Bringing her paralegal experience and her passion for helping people, Dawn began her real estate career at a young age. Dawn has helped thousands of families in the last 40 years with their real estate needs. In 2004, she established her own Brokerage in Colonie, McCurdy Real Estate Group, Inc. Dawn specializes in developing a valued long-term relationship with her clients and has founded her business on referrals from past clients, who have trusted her with their family and friends.

Dawn has served on the Colonie Chamber’s Board of Directors for several terms over the years, as well as being invested both personally and professionally in the community and supporter of local businesses. Dawn is a founding member of the organization CAN, Capital Area Networking that focuses on Connecting Capital Region business professionals to invigorate their growth, productivity, and success.

Dawn enjoys summers at their camp on Saratoga Lake, long walks with Rosie and every moment she has with her close friends and with her girls, whether traveling or just making cookies, pedicures or hanging out! Dawn has deep Passion for Excellence and lives by the goal and motto of “ Making a Difference in the Lives of Others”
