Frank Paladino is the owner of RightComm, LLC.

In business since 2021 RightComm, LLC is a consulting company that specializes in and has its focus on providing internet & telecommunications services. RightComm offers these services through a best-in-class portfolio of leading national suppliers in the communications industry.

He specializes in consulting with all types of organizations and reviews their current technologies and then provides robust recommendations on how they can maximize their performance, create new efficiencies and all the while lowering their overall communication spend.

Frank was born and raised in New Hartford NY and is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. He resides in Latham with his wife Mary and his daughters Cecelia and Alana. In his leisure time he likes to travel, run, volunteer locally, play trivia and listen to live music.

Frank has been involved in the chamber in many different capacities for the past 15 years and is thrilled to be on board.
