Networking Host Opportunities
Colonie Chamber of Commerce Monthly Networking Events bring leaders from around the Capital Region to our members’ locations.Typically held the first Wednesday of each month from 5 to 7 pm, our Networking Events are an opportunity for local business professionals and Chamber members to meet new people and strengthen existing relationships.
Networking Mixer Hosts enjoy a unique opportunity to drive new customers into their business to experience their products and/or services.
Terms & Expectations
All networking hosts must be in good standing with the Chamber.
Giveaways — We also ask that our host donates two $25 gift cards to be raffled off to attendees. This is both a way to increase attendance and to bring repeat business to the host.
Food & Beverages — The host agrees to provide hors d’oeuvres or a light dinner spread at no cost to the Chamber. Additionally, the host is encouraged to provide a cash bar for attendees; however, it is the host’s choice to offer drink specials for the evening.
Marketing — The Chamber promotes the event through e-blasts, the monthly calendar Chamber website, and Chamber social media. All digital marketing will feature the host’s logo linked to the host’s website.
Day of Event Requirements — Table and two chairs for use as a registration table staffed by the Chamber. The Chamber has its own table cloth that will be used to cover the registration table. Designated space to display sponsor banners.
