Sean M. Maguire, AICP CEcD

Sean Maguire is a certified professional planner and economic developer with more than 20 years of experience. He is the Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development (PEDD) for the Town of Colonie. He also serves as the CEO and Executive Director of the Town of Colonie Industrial Development Agency and Local Development Corporation. He is also an adjunct professor at the University at Albany, SUNY and an instructor for the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
